Summertime is here, and the youth are out and about. Kids are at summer camp, in swimming pools and tattooing their parents.
Wait, what?
Seven years ago, we interviewed tattoo artist Lilly Hibbs, who was heading into fifth grade at the time. She had only done a few tattoos, but her father and mother were both artists at tattoo studios, so she had plenty of opportunity to perfect her work.
Mathematics says she should be entering 12th grade this summer, but she will forever be remembered as East Dallas’ tiny tattoo artist. Read the full story here.
