A man was shot in the neck just after midnight Monday while driving on East Grand Avenue near Mount Auburn Elementary, CBS affiliate Channel 11 reported.
Authorities said a couple was driving down the avenue when a black SUV pulled alongside the vehicle and fired several shots.
The man was hit in the neck and taken to a hospital. His condition is not known. The woman did not have any injuries.
It is not known if the couple was targeted or if the shooting was a case of road rage, according to the station.
