The TV series was created and funded by the Texas Beef Council. In its third season, the show’s host will “delve even deeper into the world of Texas barbecue, discovering stories of dedicated pitmasters and ranchers who make the state’s favorite staple so special while enjoying some delicious meals along the way.”

Host Kelsey Pribilski and co-host Jess Pryles will visit some of Texas’ best barbecue restaurants and nearby cattle ranches.

According to the Texas Beef Council, the restaurants that will be featured were chosen by recent accolades and rankings.

Loro, which located on Haskell Avenue, is one of three North Texas barbecue joints that will be featured, the Dallas Morning News reported. The Austin-based restaurant combines the saltiness and fattiness of traditional Texas barbecue with the spice and acid of Asian ingredients.

The third season is set to premiere on YouTube in summer 2022. Seasons one and two may be viewed here.
