This draft is intended to be ready for neighbor’s review sometime in the next few weeks, there is no set date at this time.

If this is approved by City Council, the Conservation District regulations will become the zoning for the area, all new work within the area must comply with CD regulations.

The affected areas sought to go under expansion will be the following streets:

  • Westlake
  • Lakewood
  • Lakeshore
  • Westshore
  • Hideaway
  • Brendenwood
  • Copperfield
  • Heath
  • Tokalon

A neighborhood review meeting is scheduled for Wednesday at 6 PM for all neighbors in the existing CD and expansion area to overview the process and discuss driveway and curbing, sidewalk, front yard coverage, use and parking, and the next steps.

In addition, this meeting will be the 1st Post-Application Neighborhood Meeting to discuss the CD expansion process and the development and architectural standards the neighborhood may want to amend, based on the petition.

If  approved by City Council, the Conservation District regulations become the zoning for the area and all new work within the area must comply with the Conservation District regulations.
