Media coverage, digital billboards and possibly reward money helped police catch the second man suspected in a 2007 Lakewood robbery. (The first, Freddy Lee Foots, was caught a couple days following the heist.) These were the guys who knocked off a Loomis armored car parked in front of the Compass Bank on Abrams and made off with nearly $2 million. Donald Williams was captured Sunday near Waco. No word on whether anyone will get the $45,000 reward that was offered for info leading to his arrest. More here.
