Doctors Hospital at White Rock Lake announced Jay Krishnaswamy has been named its new chief executive officer. Krishnaswamy has served as interim CEO at Doctors Hospital since November 2012. In his new position, he will provide overall strategic direction and leadership for the hospital. He started his career in health care as a quality consultant at Kaiser Permanente. Throughout his 10-year tenure at Tenet hospitals, he has served in a number of leadership roles, including associate administrator and chief quality officer at Doctors Medical Center in Modesto, California, and most recently as chief operating officer at Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center Hospital in Houston.
