Elephants at the Dallas Zoo.
District 9 Councilwoman Paula Blackmon and District 14 Councilman David Blewett are inviting residents to join them for a free day at the Dallas Zoo.
Entry to the zoo is free from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday with proof of residency. Parking is $10 per vehicle.
