This is why so many of us don’t trust the city bureaucracy and our elected officials. "We messed up. We made a boo-boo." No, a kid falling off a bike makes a boo-boo. This is a screw-up, a colossal error. Someone, of course, should be fired. No one, of course, will be fired.
