A man walking his dog found a homicide victim under a bridge near Mockingbird Lane and Greenville Avenue in East Dallas, authorities said.
Officers responded around 11:45 a.m. Saturday to the 4400 block of Matilda Bridge.
Police described the victim as a homeless man in his 60s. He appeared to be in a state of decomposition.
