Historic East Dallas home undergoes stunning transformation

If you haven’t passed by 5010 Junius St. in the past year, you should take a detour through Munger Place to see this historic home’s glow-up.
The home, originally built in 1912, is a combination of Prairie and Craftsman styles.
The Landmark Commission approved new front and rear porch designs, a side door removal and a new paint job so the renovation could begin. Other than those changes, the majority of features remain the same.
