“Having witnessed the great success of the 7th and 8th grade curriculum in multiple Carden schools around the country,” HCS shared in an email to families, “we feel strongly that HCS can offer an enriched and wholesome junior high experience unlike any other school in our area.”

New 7th grade classes will be added in August of 2025, and 8th graders will come onboard in 2026.

“These additional years will give our students the chance to use the academic foundation they’ve built to delve deeper into their research and class discussions,” school administrators added. “Our junior high program will continue to honor our mission to nurture and challenge each child in mind, body and spirit to the glory of God.”

Highlands Christian School is at 721 Easton.
