The Tradition-Lovers Lane, a high-end, rental senior living community on Lovers Lane next door to Central Market, broke ground on Thursday, Dec. 7.
There’s now construction going on at 5850 Lovers Lane at Matilda for the 7.5-acre community, which will include a 202-unit independent living building at the corner of Matilda and Milton designed by Houston architects Meeks + Partners. A 109-unit assisted living/memory care property will be built next door, fronting Milton, designed by Dallas architects D2 Architecture, LLC.
When it’s all said and done, this is what we can hope to see in our neighborhood.
