The two-story mission revival home, built in 1917, sits on a 0.79-acre lot at the corner of Munger Boulevard and Swiss Avenue, according to the listing. Known as the Green House — in honor of former resident W.A. Green, the founder of W.A. Green department store — it was among the recipients of the 2020 Preservation Achievement Awards from Preservation Dallas.

It was last restored by the current owners in 2017 and features a pool, installed in 2019, and a turfed patio, according to the property listing. The three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home spans over 4,000 square feet.

Though the home has been updated with Thermador and Sub-Zero appliances, new plumbing and a 2017 great room addition, the formal spaces have original windows, built-ins, crown moldings, sconces and a Rookwood fireplace, according to the property listing.

An open house for the property at 5125 Swiss Ave. is scheduled for Aug. 27.
