Green Grocer launched the program with Chef Brian Luscher of The Grape and Luscher’s Post Oak Red Hots. Luscher created a dry rubbed roast beef Panini with jalapeño cheese spread, grilled onions and red wine vinaigrette slaw to be showcased through June 30 for $7.49.

From each panini sold, $1 will benefit The Stewpot, a service organization which provides meals to homeless and at-risk neighbors and assists with medical needs, counseling, enrichment of children and youth, job training, and cultural expression.

On top of that, Green Grocer created a juice inspired by chef Luscher dubbed Raisin’ Hell, which is $7.49 for 16 oz. The juice is a blend of organic grapes, pineapple, cucumber mint and ginger, with $1 from each juice sold also benefitting The Stewpot.

Since January 2013, Green Grocer has been a neighborhood staple featuring organically grown and locally produced food products and specialty items. In partnership with Artizone.com, the local online order and home delivery service, Green Grocer products can be delivered direct to your door. Green Grocer is located at 3614 Greenville Avenue. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday – Sunday 9 a.m. – 8 p.m.  For more information go to www.GreenGrocerDallas.com or call 214-643-6209.
