Working a 16-hour shift is bound to produce an appetite. First responders working cleanup after Sunday’s storm can get a free pizza at Bryan Street Tavern.
The offer is available to Oncor, TXU Energy, Reliant Energy and Atmos Energy employees, plus out-of-state hands here to help. All workers need to do is show up to the eatery at 4315 Bryan St. in their uniform or with a badge to claim their pizza.
“It’s the least we can do to support the men and women working to help those of us who still don’t have power,” the business said in a Facebook post. “THANK YOU to all who are working tirelessly to get Dallas back up and running!!!”
