Chef de cuisine Jed Demler, who recently replaced chef de cuisine Danyele McPherson when she left to join HG Sply’s paleo-loving team, will feature an intimate three-course bistro menu to complement selected wines. Special guest host is Jason Charles of Glazers.

The “come-as-you-are” philosophy for the monthly wine dinner was designed to provides a fun, casual setting that allows everyone to dine at his or her own pace and savor a more festive one-on-one format with wine experts. Themes include a wine expert/host for the evening who speaks to each individual table about the wines selected.

Reservations are recommended for this event and available from 5:30-9 p.m. The cost is $48 per person exclusive of tax, gratuity and other beverages.
