Thornton-Clinton’s mother was a Bridge client prior to her death, and Thornton-Clinton says she began the event in 2015 in honor of her mother.

Last year’s event raised $25,000, the bulk of which was donated to Bridge to fund breast cancer diagnostic and treatment services for low-income, uninsured and underinsured women and men.

The artistic brassieres are modeled by amateurs, and the event includes music, refreshments and a charity raffle.

For information, contact Thornton-Clinton at tcclinton1@hotmail.com or 214-815-3445. The free event will take place at the Fraternal Order of Eagles, 8500 Arturo Drive, from 2-5 p.m.
