Thank you for the Jonathan Vinson’s column in the December Advocate.
My husband and I are currently living in and remodeling a home
(built 1926) on Bonita Avenue in the Vickery Place area. We battle criticism, and often pity, from friends and family who have given up on Dallas and have moved to Plano, Carrolton, etc.
We see improvements in our neighborhood and prefer to work toward progress here. Your “Cutting Edge” gave us a little pat on
the back that we don’t get very often.
