Construction on the 6800-square-foot structure, where three new food joints will soon grace Lowest Greenville, is coming along. We can clearly see what Jon Hetzel with Madison Partners meant when he said the development would be designed to look like three separate buildings.
The brick face is finished on the one closest to Trader Joe’s. It’s a little taller than the other two spaces and juts out towards the street a bit more. The one at the corner is further in, and it has been designed with large, block lines. The space in the back, which will face Bell, has a stucco facade with steel girders on the outside.
Once it’s finished, the location will feature these three restaurants:
The one in the back facing Bell will be B B Bop Seoul Kitchen, which is a fast-casual, pan-asian rice bowl concept that’s expanding from its original location on Upper Greenville. There will be a takeout window.
The one on the corner will be Yucatan Taco Stand, which is expanding from Magnolia Avenue in Fort Worth. Yucatan is also a fast-casual concept that features Latin fusion cuisine. Aside from tacos and nachos, they are also known for their “world class margaritas.”
The third restaurant will be a sit-down bistro concept called Rapscallion, brought to Lower Greenville from the folks behind Boulevardier, which is a “French-inspired, neighborhood-friendly, chef-driven bistro” out of Bishop Arts District.
