The Miami-based, fast-casual chain restaurant Pollo Tropical is in the process of building a location on Upper Greenville as a part of an expansion to Texas. They hoped to complete construction and open sometime this summer. Although they’re getting close, but it looks like there’s still come work to be done inside.
Pollo Tropical, true to its name, centers around chicken made Caribbean-style. Their thing is making food that’s fresh, flavorful and healthy.
There are four other Pollo Tropical locations north of Dallas, but this is the first location in Dallas proper.
