The Dallas Historical Society’s series, “Pour Yourself Into History,” will look at the history of Dr Pepper in Dallas this Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at The People’s Last Stand in Mockingbird Station.
If you have been to Kroger at Greenville and Mockingbird, then you have visited the site where the Art Moderne style Dr Pepper headquarters once stood, in East Dallas’ more industrial past. The headquarters was located there from 1948 to 1997 when the plant relocated, but you will have to attend the talk to learn more. Tickets are free but reservations are required, so RSVP here.
