Got specs? The nonprofit group Onesight collects and recycles used glasses so that people who cannot afford vision care can have them.
The group provides vision care and corrective glasses to people in the United States and all over the world. And the group has a goal to collect 5,000 pairs of second-hand glasses by Earth Day, which is Thursday.
In our neighborhood, glasses can be donated at Stonewall Jackson Elementary, Pearl Vision, Sunglass Hut and Target Optical.
