STEM Expo To Be In Person 

The 2023 Dallas ISD STEM Expo is returning to an in-person event. Designed to support and promote family involvement and engagement in our students’ STEM education, the Dallas ISD STEM EXPO has over 100 hands-on exhibits and serves as the culmination event for our district championships in: Coding, Lego, VEX Robotics, VRC Robotics, and the IT Department’s newly added Tech Connect Competition.

The expo also showcases the district’s collegiate academies, career institutes, STEM/STEAM campuses, and the career and technical education pathways. The 2023 Dallas ISD STEM Expo  will be held on Saturday, Feb. 4, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center.  For additional information, please visit www.dallasisd.org/stem.

A Virtual Discover Dallas ISD

Save the date! The application period for the district’s choice programs will be open until Jan. 31. If you missed the in-person Discover Dallas ISD event, there will be a virtual event on Saturday, Jan. 21, where you will have an opportunity to learn about the different programs available and about the application process. A Special Visit

On December 13, Dallas Cowboys cornerback C.J. Goodwin and safety Tyler Coyle gave back to the Dallas ISD community by delivering school supplies to John J. Pershing Elementary School. Because of their generosity, our students will have access to the materials needed to learn and grow! Thank you, Dallas Cowboys!
