Unleashed Indoor Dog Park closed in June and went on the auction block last month. But the 32,688-square-foot building on Samuell Blvd., which cost an estimated $10 million to build two years ago, has a new owner. Dallas County Schools got the building at auction Sept. 16, and the sale closed last week.

Dallas County Schools, which provides buses and other services for DISD, plans to use the building for offices, meeting and training space and technology services. The company, which has its headquarters in Oak Cliff, expects to move into the building in January.
