Way back in October, we mentioned that the folks who recently opened Clark Food and Wine Co. on Lowest Greenville planned to open C’Viche right next door.

Well the c’viche and tequila bar is open, and now they’re waiting for warm weather to fully determine whether or not neighbors appreciate the concept.

“What I really want this place to be is, by day, a great place to come get a fresh, healthy, fast meal that has some indulgent options but is ultimately fresh and clean,” says owner Randall Warder.

“But really, I want this to be a neighborhood bar at night. That’s why we built all the tables high-tops, and we’ve got a pretty cool cocktail menu.”

C’Viche has several $6 drink options, and other more indulgent options for up to $10. Plus $3 margaritas on Monday.
