cruise the lake

Switch up your workout routine, enjoy some family fun, and learn a new skill, all while taking in some natural scenery at Dallas United Crew’s annual “Cruise the Lake” event this Saturday, April 5. During the event, Dallas United Crew will host free classes all afternoon so that experienced rowers and beginners alike can tour boats, meet coaching staff, and mingle with fellow rowers as they take to the rolling waters of White Rock Lake.

Class times are as follows:

  • 1:30-2:30 p.m. (adult rowing)
  • 2:30-3:30 p.m. (high school rowing)
  • 3-4 p.m. (dragon boating for ages 11 and up; learn more about dragon boating here)
  • 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. (high school rowing)
  • 4-5 p.m. (dragon boating for ages 11 and up)

Join the fun by meeting up at the Dallas United Crew site, located at 417 E. Lawther on the northeast side of the lake between the boat clubs
