The Craft Beer Cellar Dallas location opened up back in 2016. After its eight-year run, the brewer’s owner Jim Waskow called it a “wrap” after its official closing on Jul. 31, via Instagram.

According to the post, patrons drank 130 bottles and cans following the last keg being finished around 6 p.m to ring out the evening.

The closure comes after the brewery filed for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy in Feb. of this year. Waskow also cites other “circumstances” including “an expiring lease” as causes for the closure.

Waskow has invited those interested in acquiring equipment such as couplers, faucets and draft towers to contact him.
