The smell of espresso still wafts through the vacant space inside Good 2 Go Taco where Cultivar Coffee served up hot drinks until this weekend when it moved across the road, and already the space has been scooped up by Cow Tipping Creamery.

Jay Jerrier, the same guy who brought Cane Rosso to White Rock Lake, is dropping this sweet treat in our neighborhood. Cow Tipping Creamery originated as an Austin-based food truck that sells soft-served ice cream in a variety of flavors. This will be its first Dallas location.

It launched its Facebook page earlier today, and neighbors are already questioning when it will be open. There’s no exact date yet, just “very soon.”
