The Tradition at Lovers Lane, a high-end, rental senior living community on Lovers Lane next door to Central Market, which broke ground more than a year ago on Dec. 7, 2013, has made serious progress over the last year and a half.
Many of the housing units are complete and livable, but The Tradition is a huge project that stretches all the way from Matilda to the backside of the new Landmark on Lovers Apartments on the Amesbury side, so construction seems to never end.
Right now construction is underway on the ER (pictured above) that’s being built at the corner of Lovers and Matilda.
The 7.5-acre community includes a 202-unit independent living building designed by Houston architects Meeks + Partners. Learn more about The Tradition at Lovers Lane on the website.
