Common Desk, a co-working firm with locations throughout Dallas, could open a shared office in a space on Lower Greenville, the Dallas Morning News reported.
Founder Nick Clark is eyeing a building in the 2000 block of Greenville Avenue near Trader Joe’s. The building features 12,000 square feet of space and is owned by Madison Partners LLC, according to the Morning News.
Clark told the newspaper that the neighborhood is a prime location with good walkability and retail visibility.
The Dallas-based business started eight years ago with a location in Deep Ellum. It has since expanded to Addison, Richardson, Fort Worth and more.
