Clark Food & Wine Co., one of the latest foodie joints on Lowest Greenville, is launching its new Tuesday Happy Hour concept tonight. So if you haven’t had a chance to try it out, today is a good day to do so.
From now on, regular Happy Hour will be from 4-7 p.m. Monday through Friday, but there will a special $4 Happy Hour on Tuesdays, which features their new “artisan mini cocktail” options listed below.
Mix and match these flavors, handcrafted with fresh, local ingredients and Texas liquors in a four-ounce serving glass:
- Apple Smash – Apples, Buffalo Trace, Lemon, Agave, Thyme
- Prickly Rita – Z Blanco, Prickly Pear, Lime, Agave, Cilantro
- Grapefruit Tea – DE Grapefruit Vodka, Grapefruit, Soda
- Garden – Moody June, Cucumber, Basil, Pepper, St. Germain
Clark Food & Wine Co. is also making their own tonic in-house. Share a flatbread for $10, or choose from the mini versions of Clark’s regular Crab Roll, Brisket Roll or the Coppa & Artichoke Roll for $4.
