Dallas-based CityVet has opened the doors of its newest clinic on Ross Avenue.
Dr. Effie Giannopoulos, an East Dallas resident who has worked with CityVet since 2002 at the Oak Lawn location, is the lead veterinarian.
“I look forward to meeting and building relationships with pet parents and their beloved animal family members who live in East Dallas,” Giannopoulos said in a statement.
CityVet, a network of over 30 veterinary-owned practices in Dallas, San Antonio and Denver, was founded by Dr. Chip Cannon in 1999. Services offered by CityVet include preventative medicine, surgery, dentistry, laboratory diagnostics, radiology, exotic animal care, grooming and medical boarding.
The Ross Avenue location’s staff also includes former Oak Lawn employees Junna Jones and Tavin Roberts. Located at the old Snyder’s Furniture site, the office will centralize CityVet services in the East Dallas area.
Nearby locations are at Lakeview Shopping Center near the Gaston-Garland-Grand intersection and on Greenville at Lovers Lane.
