The 11th annual American Institute of Architects Tour of Homes is this weekend, and two of the seven selected homes are in our neighborhood.
One is the modern two-story home at 2307 Madera, which features an interior garden space that runs alongside the home and an open floor plan and plenty of natural light. The home is designed by Far + Dang.
The other is the corner lot in Forest Hills at 8255 Santa Clara Drive, which is heavily treed and features a luxurious pool, open and bright layout and commissioned art. The home is designed by Maestri Studio.
The tour will take place Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and tickets are $25 online or $30 at the homes themselves. Find out more information and see the rest of the homes here.
