Chef de Cuisine Sarah Snow’s specials include Oak Smoked Prime Rib, scalloped potato gratin, sautéed green beans with horseradish cream sauce ($42) and Fois Gras stuffed Cornish Hen, chestnut gnocchi, braised red cabbage, crispy Brussels sprouts and Fois-Armagnac jus ($36).
