The Lower Greenville and Plano locations will close Sunday, about a year after she shut the outpost in Fort Worth, the Dallas Observer reported. She blamed competition from other eateries and parking problems for her financial woes at Lower Greenville, which opened in 2013.

Construction, high rent and low traffic were other factors that led to the decision to close her satellite stores, according to the Observer.

The only remaining shop will be the original in Bishop Arts, where Clapner said she plans to experiment with new flavors and introduce classes and events like the Dude, Sweet Tea Party on Jan. 19.

“To survive, we’re gonna have to change who we are, as well as go back to who we were,” she told the Observer. “I’m looking forward to cooking again and creating stuff with no rhyme or reason, no other point than I just feel like making it.”
