The property where Snow Pea used to be before they moved to Lake Highlands in May has changed hands.
Previous owner Kert Platner says Dallas-based Centric Capital Partners has bought the restaurant space and they’re looking for new renters. Platner, who is also the owner of Times Ten Cellars, says he is hopeful Centric will go something great with the space.
“They will be renovating it soon,” he says. “They made me an offer I could not refuse. I really did not want to let it go, but I could not say no.”
We’re already hearing rumors about which restaurants are looking at the space, but nothing has been confirmed yet.
