There’s brown paper covering the doors, and posters announcing a new business, Carriage House, fill the windows.

We couldn’t find a certificate of occupancy application for the business or any social media accounts. All we can tell is that the store is advertising itself as a place to buy “goods and gifts.”

But the paper is new. Check out the photo below, which was taken Jan. 31. There were still “for lease” signs up at the property.

The last business that had a certificate of occupancy for that space was Kathy Fielder.

Over the last few weeks, we’ve been reporting on changes in Lowest Greenville. A store selling plants and related goods is now open there, and a salon is expected to open soon. Outside, Texas moved from Mockingbird Station, and Starbucks is planning to open in the old Taco Cabana building.

We’ll provide updates on Carriage House as we learn more.
