Holy cannoli! A driver crashed into Jimmy’s Food Store on Bryan at Fitzhugh this afternoon.
Check out the picture from NBCDFW. See that table right in front of the bumper? That’s where I ate lunch today. Caprese panino with salt & vinegar potato chips. Don’t tell my (imaginary) diet monitor. It was supposed to be a secret, but now I feel like I’m busted.
Anyway, no injuries were reported in the accident, and we’re sure Jimmy’s will figure out a way to be open tomorrow.
Since I missed the action, I don’t have my own picture of the accident scene, but I did snap this slightly blurry pic of a 5-kilogram jar of Nutella, which costs $69.99, while I was there.
