Tim Slaughter, president of Caddo Office Reimagined, cut the ribbon at the ceremony with the Greater East Dallas Chamber of Commerce.

The four-story building formerly occupied by Texas Neurology was converted into 170 small-office suites that can be leased individually or in groups. The tower is complete with shared conference rooms, kitchens and a mailroom.

Construction began in fall 2020. Renovations exposed terrazzo flooring and removed sheetrock covering the iconic circular door to the bank vault.

The concept is quirky and fun with bright pop art and mid-century modern finishes.

Leasing is available now.
