In the "it had to happen sooner or later category", the owner of the Greenville Bar & Grill and the Hurricane Grill — both of which were destroyed in a fire March 2 — is suing the company that owns the building, claiming that the owner wasn’t "diligently taking care of the premises," according to a DMN story on the lawsuit. The owner of the Grills was either uninsured or underinsured, depending on the source; the lawsuit is seeking $5-$6 million in damages.
