Dave Culwell hasn’t made many menu alterations since opening his first brick-and-mortar location on Buckner Boulevard in May, aside from the removal of a few specialty burger recipes. Now, as the weather gets colder, the burger joint has added two chicken-forward dishes and a trio of new cocktails.

For a healthier option in an environment surrounded by beef tallow-fried bar food and smashburgers oozing with cheese, Cuwell has added a chicken Caesar salad complete with deep fried chicken thighs, romaine lettuce, grated parmesan and house Caesar dressing. A wrap will also be available.

Burger Schmurger’s burger of the month for December will be the ‘Holiday Ham-Burger,’ a smashburger topped with cilantro aioli, white American cheese, roma tomatoes and a ham steak.

New cocktails play to winter flavors with mixtures such as the brown sugar apple old fashioned and apple ginger mule. A “Schmargarita,” or classic margarita served with hibiscus-ginger syrup, has also been added.
