We know we’ve got a good thing going here in East Dallas, so why not export our greatness outside the neighborhood?
That’s exactly what Botolino Gelato Artigianale owner Carlo Gattini plans to do.
Greenville Avenue’s favorite gelateria will expand to north Dallas, Eater reported. Signage is already up at 5959 Royal Lane, a former location of the frozen yogurt chain Pinkberry.
The outpost is scheduled to open March 15.
The expansion comes about two and a half years after Gattini opened Botolino in 2017. The third-generation gelato maker rotates flavors and offers pies and cakes at his shop at 2116 Greenville Ave.
