Two people are being charged with the capital murder of a man found shot at an apartment complex.
Around 7 a.m. June 26, Dallas police responded to a call about a body near the 7200 block of Ferguson Road, behind an apartment complex, according to a DPD blog post.
When Dallas Fire-Rescue arrived, they found the male victim with a gunshot wound.
Authorities determined that the crime did not happen at the location where the body was found.
The identity of the victim has not yet been officially identified, and the body remains at the medical examiner’s office.
Police have identified two suspects, Dairyon Johnson, 26, and Karmeka Burks, 25. Both are being charged with capital murder.
