The owner of Bliss Raw Cafe plans to open a new vegan restaurant on Henderson this summer. Delia Pissaro has leased the space at 1905 Henderson, adjacent to the Pearl Cup.
The new restaurant, Bliss Veggie Cafe, will serve vegan food that is free of gluten and sugar. The menu also will include 25 smoothies and fresh juice. The two Bliss Raw Cafes, in Preston Center and near Greenville and Park, specialize in raw food, but the new place will serve cooked food.
Toria Villanova, who managed Spiral Diner in Fort Worth for five years, is the restaurant’s managing partner. They plan to open in August.
