The Dallas-based fast-casual chicken restaurant Bad Chicken is moving from its test kitchen in Preston Center to a permanent location with an added drive-thru experience at Ross & Henderson.
Bad Chicken, features a deluxe chef-driven menu of fresh wings, nuggets, salads, sandwiches, and more all combined into a relaxed atmosphere accompanied with beer and wine.
The new location will open this Winter at 5014 Ross Ave, Dallas, TX. It will feature a large family-friendly patio, digital game boards in their dining room, a revamped menu, and a drive-thru.
What will stay at the modern location is Bad Chicken’s signature 20+ sauces made from scratch, homemade desserts, and signature fresh chicken.
In order to bring Chef Tim Woehr’s chicken concept to life, Bobby Shuey (Founder of Bad Chicken Restaurant) partnered with the chef to bring the tasty chicken into creation. Tim’s background includes training at the Culinary Institute of America, along with experience at exceptional dining establishments in Dallas such as Parigi and The Marquee Grill in Highland Park Village.
Included in this new space will be indoor seating for 51 and patio seating for 38. The dining room, patio, and drive-thru will be open Sunday to Wednesday, 10 AM to 2 AM, and Thursday to Saturday, 10 AM to 3 AM.
