Dallas police have arrested a 25-year-old man in connection with the fatal shooting of a man at a Far East Dallas apartment complex last month.
Jemal Davis was taken into custody Wednesday and faces a murder charge in the shooting of 33-year-old Mario Mena Lopez. Davis is being held in the Dallas County Jail. Bail hasn’t been set yet.
On Nov. 30 around 9:50 p.m., the police responded to a shooting at 2880 Peavy Road. Mena Lopez was found in the parking lot of an apartment complex.
He was brought to the hospital and died of his injuries.
