The Live Oaks at The Branch
Phase one of The Branch, the new 19-acre apartment complex JLB Builders is building at Sandhurst between Skillman and Amesbury, is now leasing.
The Teak at The Branch
Overall, JLB Builders plans to build almost 1,400 apartments, replacing several blocks of older apartments built in the 1960s.
Phase one, which has been dubbed The Live Oaks at The Branch, features townhouses on the part of the property facing Skillman and apartments along Amesbury.
Construction on The Live Oaks should be finished sometime in early-spring. There are one and two bedroom apartments available, and townhouses with two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Some units are already available.
The complex claims the units are “luxury apartments, made to feel like a custom-made home” with garages and private, fenced-in yards. See the website for floor plans and pictures.
Phase two, called The Teak at The Branch, will also be completed sometime in the spring. There’s still a ways to go on phase three, The Ash at The Branch, which will feature one, two and three bedroom apartments.
