Franchisee Chris Howard says he and his partners have a contract for three Another Broken Egg Cafes in the Dallas area. They hope to open their second location, in the former Two Rows space at Old Town Shopping Center, by late August or early September.
Their first franchise opened in Casa Linda Shopping Center about a year and a half ago.
The partners inquired about the space last year, but another business was negotiating for it. That deal didn’t work out, so Another Broken Egg Cafe got it. The space is under construction now.
“It was lucky we were able to get a location like that,” Howard says.
