Featuring some of the state’s most passionate teachers, Texas Ford Dealers recognized Alex Sanger’s Carlos Hernandez in its annual Texas Teacher Tribute.
As one of the founding members of the robotics program at Sanger, Hernandez says he has enjoyed growing the program and seeing his students flourish.
“They always come in with ideas,” Hernandez says in the video. “It’s like little lightbulbs are just coming on over their heads, and it’s great.”
The mission of the Texas Teacher Tribute is to find dedicated Texas teachers and praise them for superior work with students in their communities. Hernandez was one of six instructors featured in the video.
