If you’ve been stuck in the mess that is Abrams north- and southbound between Mockingbird and Ellsworth, take heart. Michael Hines with Dallas Water Utilities reports that the project is nearing completion.

He says, if the weather holds, the work will be done by the beginning of April. The water utility is replacing water and wastewater mains that date to the 1930s on several side streets, including Ellsworth and Anita. Once that’s finished, it’s repave Abrams and take away the cones.
